• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended

• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday

5. Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory for all users when betting on e2bet app and apply equally to everyone.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature)
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, e2bet app reserves the right to void the affected bets
• If the outcome of a match is known before it starts (match-fixing), all related bets will be voided and balances forfeited
• E2bet app accepts no liability for any losses caused by network delays during live betting
• Maximum win limits for single bets are set separately for each Sports category

What to do if a match is cancelled

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that match will be voided
• The full amount for any cancelled bet will be refunded to the account balance
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the odds recalculated for the remaining selections

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e2bet app to maintain a fair environment for all users. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Exploiting fraud, hacking, or technical vulnerabilities
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
• Placing bets through artificial means (bots, software) or engaging in odds arbitrage
• Harassing or defrauding other users on the platform
• Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted country

7. Responsible Betting Policy
